Return an Item

Help! I need to return an item...
If you need to return an item from your order please send the item(s) back to us at Rangiora Shoe Lines. The store address will be on the packing slip/invoice that is included with your order. Please also fill out the form below so we know to expect your order back and we will be in touch once the item(s) have been received back in store.

Please note: All Sale Items are not eligible for a return or exchanges for any reason, unless required by law. This also includes special promotional codes that enable a discount, these are also not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason unless required by law.

How to Send Back your Return
We highly recommend that you send your return by tracked courier. The product is your responsibility until the item is received back by our store(s). Should an item go missing we are unable to provide a refund - so a tracked delivery provides assurance that an item can be found and re-delivered.

Faulty goods will be refunded only if - they are deemed irrepairable by us or the supplier and a replacement pair is unavailable.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. For example, Afterpay payments will be refunded via Afterpay, credit card payments will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid by online bank deposit please supply a bank account number for depositing your refund.​​

  • Return freight is at your cost; on receipt we will refund the purchase price or send an exchange pair if we can at your cost - please note any refund will exclude shipping costs incurred from the original purchase.

  • Purchases made via Afterpay or Laybuy will only be refunded via the original payment method, i.e. Refunds using these payment methods will not be processed by Rangiora Shoe Lines.
